Check-in and Check-out Times

Our Front Office is available 24 hours a day. Check-in time is at 2 pm, check-out time is at noon. (Moscow time). Late departures or stay extension can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed (it depends on rooms’ availability) please contact our Front office for future assistance.

Payment Policies

Cash or valid bankcard (MIR, VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, American Express, Diners Club, JCB) are accepted. Please contact our Front Office for assistance.

Currency exchange

ATM machine is located on the 1-st level.

Accommodation Policy

You receive your temporary GUEST CARD immediately after the payment has been made and your passport details taken down. GUEST CARD will contain your name, room number and length of stay. GUEST CARD will serve you as a Key-access to the hotel. Keep your GUEST CARD carefully because you will need it to enter the hotel.

Safe

Every room contains a safe. Tel: 22-01, 22-02 (internal)

Non-Smoking Policy

Intourist Hotel Kolomenskoe is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. You will find special smoking areas outside of the building.

Pet Policy

Laundry Policy

If you want your clothes to be washed and ironed, please fill out special form and leave your clothes on the bed. Clothes left before 1pm will be ready the same day before 6 pm. Air-conditioning

All our rooms are air-conditioned.

Fire Safety Policy

Any heating units are not allowed. Any explosives or toxic elements are not allowed. Please turn off all electronic devices before leaving the room.

No Weapon Policy

Any kind of weapons is prohibited.

Occupancy Policy

Strangers are not allowed to stay in the room while the hotel guest is out. It is forbidden to give the GUEST CARD or Room Key to any third parties.

Hotel property Policy

Any furniture rearrangement in the room is forbidden unless the Head manager allows. Guests are not allowed to take any items considered as a Hotel property (ex. bathrobes, towels etc).
